With their original compositions, the Hamburg-based jazz quartet Amelia is at the forefront of the young, urban jazz scene. Together with award-winning trumpeter Jakob Sørensen from Copenhagen, they evoke moments of beauty and melancholy in their music. Composition and improvisation blend seamlessly, carried by flowing melodies.
