Since the release of her debut album “Nameless” in 2018, the multi-award-winning Canadian singer-songwriter has moved fluidly between jazz, soul, and blues. Her full, warm voice is perfect for conveying a wide range of emotions and providing a unifying force. While her first three albums were conceived as a cycle inspired by greats such as Billie Holiday, Nina Simone, and Etta James, in 2023 she began a new creative cycle with “Our Roots Run Deep,” which focuses on introspection and human connection. In February, she is adding another chapter to this cycle with her new album “My World Is The Sun,” which she will present at ELBJAZZ!
