What types and categories of tickets are available?

ELBJAZZ KOMBITICKET VIP (valid for 2 festival days, access to all events on the ELBJAZZ grounds plus grandstand seating at the main stage and free catering at the VIP bar on the grandstand – limited availability!): € 649
SEAT UPGRADES (Holders of a combined ticket can also book a seat for one day; this will be indicated before check-out. Holders of a day ticket can also book an upgrade for their festival day. Seat upgrades can only be booked retrospectively by emailing tickets@elbjazz.de – limited availability!): from € 65
Are tickets available for individual events at ELBJAZZ 2026?
Tickets for the “Elbphilharmonie Specials” with Joss Stone (Friday, July 10) and Chilly Gonzales (Saturday, July 11) are only available as separate bookings and independently of the festival ticket.
Tickets for individual concerts taking place on the ELBJAZZ festival grounds are not available. An ELBJAZZ festival ticket must be purchased to attend these concerts.
What ticket do I need to attend a concert at the Elbphilharmonie?
The “Elbphilharmonie Specials” (July 10: Joss Stone, July 11: Chilly Gonzales) can only be attended by purchasing a separate individual ticket, independently of the ELBJAZZ festival ticket. The ELBJAZZ festival ticket is not valid for these concerts.
Where can I buy tickets for ELBJAZZ 2026?
Tickets for ELBJAZZ are available through our official ELBJAZZ ticket shop and at the festival grounds during the event weekend (subject to availability).
Please note that tickets purchased through unauthorized platforms or secondary markets may be invalid. Such tickets may not grant admission.
Are there discounted tickets for ELBJAZZ 2026?
There are no discounts available for the ELBJAZZ Festival 2026.
Holders of a severely disabled pass marked “B” and wheelchair users are entitled to bring one accompanying person to ELBJAZZ 2026 free of charge.

Are minors allowed to attend ELBJAZZ 2026?
Children aged 6 and above who have their own ticket are allowed to attend the festival when accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Where is the ELBJAZZ festival site located?
The ELBJAZZ festival site is located on several stages in the Port of Hamburg. Detailed directions will be available on our website in good time before the event.
Is the ELBJAZZ 2026 festival site barrier-free?
The entrances to the festival site are at ground level, but the festival takes place on an active shipyard, so isolated, impassable sections of the playing area will be unavoidable. Barrier-free toilets are available on the ELBJAZZ festival site and in the Elbphilharmonie.
What happens in the event of program changes or cancellations at ELBJAZZ?
We will provide immediate information about program changes, cancellations, or postponements of individual program items at ELBJAZZ 2026 on the website and on social media. In this case, claims against ELBJAZZ are not possible, provided that the overall character of the festival is preserved.
In the event of danger to life, limb, or health—for example, due to extreme weather conditions—individual ELBJAZZ events may be canceled at any time. The same applies in cases of force majeure, official orders, or court decisions. In such cases, there is no entitlement to a refund or compensation.
Is travel to and from the venue with HVV included in the festival ticket?
ELBJAZZ festival tickets are valid on the day of the event for travel to and from the venue with HVV.
Tickets for the “Elbphilharmonie Specials” also include travel to and from the venue on the respective concert day with HVV.

Information about the performance days of the confirmed artists at ELBJAZZ are available on the individual artist pages. The exact performance times (the timetable) will be published shortly.
