Tickets for the “Elbphilharmonie Specials” (individual highlight concerts as part of ELBJAZZ 2026) are only available as separate bookings and independently of the festival ticket.

Tickets for individual concerts taking place on the ELBJAZZ festival grounds are not available. An ELBJAZZ festival ticket must be purchased to attend these concerts.

The “Elbphilharmonie Specials” (July 10: Joss Stone, July 11: Special Act) can only be attended by purchasing a separate individual ticket, independently of the ELBJAZZ festival ticket. The ELBJAZZ festival ticket is not valid for these concerts.

As already communicated to all ticket holders for the “old” ELBJAZZ dates by email, the tickets for June must be returned. You will receive a full refund of the ticket price and a code that can be used to book a special price for the new ELBJAZZ on July 10 & 11, 2026, for a limited period of time.

Ticket holders for the “old” ELBJAZZ date will also be offered a right of first offer to purchase Elbphilharmonie Specials (subject to availability, limited time only).

Tickets for ELBJAZZ are available through our official ELBJAZZ ticket shop and at the festival grounds during the event weekend (subject to availability).

Please note that tickets purchased through unauthorized platforms or secondary markets may be invalid. Such tickets may not grant admission

There are no discounts available for the ELBJAZZ Festival 2026.

Holders of a severely disabled pass marked “B” and wheelchair users are entitled to bring one accompanying person to ELBJAZZ 2026 free of charge.

Children aged 6 and above who have their own ticket are allowed to attend the festival when accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

The ELBJAZZ festival site is located on several stages in the Port of Hamburg. Detailed directions will be available on our website in good time before the event.

The entrances to the festival site are at ground level, but the festival takes place on an active shipyard, so isolated, impassable sections of the playing area will be unavoidable. Barrier-free toilets are available on the ELBJAZZ festival site and in the Elbphilharmonie.

We will provide immediate information about program changes, cancellations, or postponements of individual program items at ELBJAZZ 2026 on the website and on social media. In this case, claims against ELBJAZZ are not possible, provided that the overall character of the festival is preserved.

In the event of danger to life, limb, or health—for example, due to extreme weather conditions—individual ELBJAZZ events may be canceled at any time. The same applies in cases of force majeure, official orders, or court decisions. In such cases, there is no entitlement to a refund or compensation.

ELBJAZZ festival tickets are valid on the day of the event for travel to and from the venue with HVV.
Tickets for the “Elbphilharmonie Specials” also include travel to and from the venue on the respective concert day with HVV.
