ADVANCE SALE FOR ELBJAZZ 2021 STARTED

Tickets for ELBJAZZ 2021 are now available. The first 11,000 ticket holders will have the opportunity to make a reservation for the Elbphilharmonie.

As a result of the continuing coronavirus pandemic and today's general ruling of the Hanseatic City of Hamburg, this year’s festival will sadly not take place on 5 + 6 June 2020.

Jazz for hip-hop fans or hip-hop for jazz fans? It really doesn’t matter either way. Collaborations with Wu-Tang Clan legend Ghostface Killa, Thundercat and Flying Lotus speak for themselves and demonstrate that BadBadNotGood are already a global sensation.

Who invented jazz? We have to admit, we don’t know either: but the double bass player Ron Carter is one of the musicians who – along with Miles Davis, Freddie Hubbard and Herbie Hancock – played a major role in shaping its development.
