When will ELBJAZZ take place next year?

ELBJAZZ will take place on 3 + 4 June 2022.

What do I have to do in order to attend ELBJAZZ 2022?

Existing tickets from 2020* or 2021 remain valid for ELBJAZZ on 3 + 4 June 2022. No transfer of tickets or further actions are necessary.

Ticket holders who are not reasonably able to attend ELBJAZZ on 3 and 4 June 2022 can prove such unreasonableness in writing. A detailed explanation and written proof of unreasonableness, including the booking and ticket number(s), can be sent to tickets@elbjazz.de.

*Ticket holders who have not yet transferred their ELBJAZZ tickets from 2020 to 2021 should contact us at tickets@elbjazz.de. Please include your booking and ticket number(s).

Why don't I have the choice between refund and transfer of the ticket like last year?

ELBJAZZ will be postponed to next year. Therefore, all tickets from 2020 or 2021 will remain valid for ELBJAZZ on 3 + 4 June 2022. Further information can be found in our general terms and conditions.

I transferred my ticket to 2021 last year, but I can't/won't attend on the new dates in 2022. What should I do?

If it is absolutely impossible and therefore unreasonable for a ticket holder to attend ELBJAZZ on 3 + 4 June 2022, this unreasonableness can be presented in writing. Affected ticket holders should send their detailed reasons and written proof of unreasonableness to tickets@elbjazz.de.

What happens to my 2020 reservation for a concert in the Grosser Saal of the Elbphilharmonie if I transfer it to next year?

Ticket holders who have a reservation from 2020 for a concert in the Grosser Saal of the Elbphilharmonie and have decided to transfer their festival ticket to ELBJAZZ 2022 will be sent a link in advance of the start of the 2022 festival. They can then make a new reservation for a concert in the Elbphilharmonie. The existing reservation for ELBJAZZ 2020 will no longer be valid.

I would like to book additional tickets for ELBJAZZ 2022. From when is this possible?

With the announcement of the postponement of the festival to 2022, the advance booking period has also been extended. You can buy tickets for ELBJAZZ 2022 on 3 + 4 June 2022 directly here.

How much do new tickets for ELBJAZZ 2022 cost?

The following ticket categories are now available in the ELBJAZZ Ticketshop:

Day ticket-Friday: 68,75 Euro 
Day ticket-Saturday: 82,75 Euro 
2-day ticket: 122,75 Euro 

When will the artists performing at ELBJAZZ 2022 be announced?

The first artists are expected to be announced in spring 2022.
